_I've been drinking and driving a little bit now and I'm wondering what happens on your first DWI. I have a lot of money so I'm not too concerned about it but could I be looking at a lot of jail time. I'm pretty sure I'll just failed to pay all off one side. If I have the complete value of money needed I don't serve any jail time right? I'm wondering what happens on my first DWI. Some of the little experience can answer this for me please.
